the guidelines

I would really like to have a pleasant working relationship with my client and this list of guidelines will (hopefully!) help me achieve that. Please read on. Most of the words are from a list made by a leading design firm but undeniably, every designer would want to let his clients know how & what he thinks and this just honestly does it.
